Hi Pauline, To get Nonprofit E1 plan, you need to sign up for the free E3 trial for up to 25 users. During your free trial, Microsoft will validate your organization as a qualified nonprofit. After your organization has been validated, you can receive Nonprofit E1 as a donation (you can go to PURCHASE SERVICES portal.office.com/.../Catalog.aspx to add this plan). Office 365 Nonprofit E1 and Office 365 Nonprofit E3 are available for an unlimited number of users. Thanks, April Zhou
