Hi Andy, The account works well with iPhone while not with iPad. Apparently, the issue is related to the iPad. Please make sure your iPad OS is up to date and uninstall the Skype for Business and then install it. Then check the issue. If the issue persists, we suggest you try with other iPads. Regards, Brook
