I’d like to add the following situation:
If you want to cancel your subscription, for Office 365 Small Business useres, please refer to the following steps to cancel the account: (Otherwise, you should contact our Sales and Billing support to cancel it at back-end):
1.Remove domains if you have added your own domain to use with the Office 365 account.
2.Save your data.
3.Cancel:
1)Go to Admin> Licenses.
2)On the Licenses page, choose the name of your plan.
3)On the Subscription details page, choose Cancel this subscription, and then follow the instructions.

If you have tried the steps above, but the subscription cannot be canceled, and if you do not see a Cancel option on the Subscription details page, please contact our Sales and Billing Support to cancel your subscription at back-end.
