Hi Boeethos, To avoid misunderstanding, I would like to confirm whether you can login to your Outlook web app but cannot open email. To narrow down the issue, I’d like to collect some information: 1. Have you tried another browser? 2. Do you try logging with your account on another computer? 3. Go to the billing page to confirm the end date.   If it shows the subscription is expired, you can contact us to renew the subscription. 4. Do you get any error messages? If so, could you upload the related screenshots? Please follow up the steps below to upload the screenshots: 1) Click Use rich formatting on the bottom of this thread- Click insert Image as the picture shows.   2) On the pop-up window, click Browse to select the screenshot.
