Today it seems go back to normal. I don't know why and I haven't done anything in any place. It finally resume normal after 3 days. Actually I did try to open outlook web mail via firefox and Internet Explorer, but they got the same problem before. Sometime I got problem in some different area. Like today when I try to access this forum by admin center right side, and the message shown the the posting function is out of order. I need to use a more indirect way to access this forum to type this message. Also I got a message alert say they (MS) want to change my subscription plan cause they will have new plan from 1 Oct. However I can't see the option they proposal. Instead they just give me a very generic site and suggest me to look for details and find relevant information from their sea of information myself. In general I feel the service is not so stable. Sometime it stop something without notice, sometime they give out alert too long before it really take action.
